We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, cash on delivery, payment before delivery, and pay at shop. Payment must be completed according to the method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or not as described. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
